Techno Systems took over the partially finished setup and successfully completed Bottle, Case, and Pallet Serialization integrations. Our team identified and resolved multiple configuration and communication issues, enabling smooth data flow and system performance across all levels. Additionally, we supported the client in completing validation qualification documentation (IQ/OQ/PQ). The line was brought back into full production, achieving complete serialization and aggregation compliance.

This project involved reconstructing and rearranging conveyors and equipment within a pharmaceutical packaging line to integrate a new weight checker system and improve overall balance. The existing electrical wiring was disorganized and difficult to maintain, so our team rerouted and restructured the complete wiring for better accessibility and future troubleshooting. The result was a cleaner, safer, and more efficient production setup that improved operational reliability and ease of maintenance.

In this project, Techno Systems redesigned and rearranged the entire packaging line to improve operational flow and space efficiency. The work included adjusting existing conveyors, adding new sections with wire drops, and organizing all power and sensor wiring for better maintainability. We replaced the Labeler and Slat Counter machines with upgraded models, re-integrated serialization functionality into the new labeler, and added a Bi-flow Table for bottle accumulation and smooth flow control. Through strategic conveyor reconstruction and smart equipment placement, the line achieved improved performance, flexibility, and a more streamlined layout.

In this project, Techno Systems installed a new Bundle Machine and integrated an in-house developed Bundle Packer Serialization Station into an existing packaging line. The setup was designed to maintain smooth bottle flow and allow flexible operation — whether or not bundling was required for a specific batch. Additionally, we supported equipment and serialization station qualification, developing and executing the necessary validation documents to ensure full compliance. The project successfully enhanced overall line productivity and space utilization while meeting all regulatory and operational standards.
